A bit more about Donald:
Donald Mbeutcha is a Father of five, and co-founder of the Fatherhood Awards Uk, part of the Best of Africa Awards team. He sits on a number of trustee boards notably Beyond Equality and the race equality foundation.
Unfortunately, He lost one of his daughters during his wife's pregnancy. An experience which was detrimental to his mental health.
Donald has used this experience and his passion for the black community to tackle some hard-hitting topics surrounding men’s mental health at work, being a dad, and dealing with baby loss.
Donald believes businesses need to do more to support their employees, as the pandemic has reminded us that our physical and mental health is just as important as a career. Donald does this as part of his role as a trustee for Beyond Equality and has advised for King's College, Facebook, Twitter, Jojo Maman Bebe, and Deloitte to name but a few.
